Born in Bayawan and raised in the vibrant city of Cebu, I returned to my roots in Bayawan in 2020, bringing with me a world of new experiences. That same year, I proudly earned my Bachelor’s degree in English and Marketing Studies, a combination that perfectly complements my passion for communication and connection.

My journey into the world of international dating began in 2020 when I met the American man who is now my wonderful husband. Our relationship has been an incredible adventure, filled with love, learning, and the occasional challenge of bridging our cultural backgrounds. It was these very experiences that inspired me to start this blog. I wanted to create a space to share my thoughts, insights, and personal stories about dating a foreigner, hoping to help others on a similar path.

Today, my husband and I are building a beautiful life here in Bayawan, where we enjoy the simple pleasures of the sun, the sea, and of course, delicious Filipino food.

I have found my true calling in guiding Western men and Filipino women as they build meaningful connections. My wide range of interests, from the nuances of intercultural relationships to the dynamics of online dating, allows me to offer a unique and personal perspective. This blog is the culmination of my dream – a platform where I can combine my personal experiences with a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of intercultural dating.

Much of the advice you’ll find here is drawn from my own life. My relationship and marriage haven’t always been easy, but we are committed to working hard to create a happy and stable family. We are constantly learning how to navigate our cultural differences, and this journey of growth is something I am excited to share with you.

As a Filipino woman, I have a unique understanding of the cultural bridge between the Philippines and the West. To continuously nurture our own relationship, I’ve immersed myself in learning. I’m an avid listener of relationship podcasts, a dedicated reader of books and articles on the topic, and I’ve had the privilege of speaking with numerous dating experts.
